At this point we will not describe in detail what is still to be done to completely format your book, because the steps are always the same:
Start all chapters on a new page.
Format chapter beginnings without indentation.
Format chapter headlines with headline text styles.
Accentuate important texts with Body 9 Italic
(sparingly!).
Add single empty lines now and then to mark contextual (!) sections.
Chapter 1.1,
Chapter 1.1.1) and add a spacing before and after the paragraph. Perhaps you would like to see two empty lines before a subchapter headline, but only one empty line after it. If so, enter
Paragraph spacing before: 22 ptand
Paragraph spacing after: 11 pt. Mark the relevant subchapter headline, click on the relevant text ruler – it works fine.
